The Way You Look Tonight/You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile è un mash-up tra Fred Astaire e Annie presente nell'episodio Cambio di look, il terzo della Quarta Stagione, in cui è cantato da Isabelle, Rachel e Kurt dopo che gli ultimi due si sono intrufolati nella sede di Vogue.com e vengono scoperti da Isabelle.
Kurt spiega che voleva fare solo un video a Rachel come modella per trovarle un nuovo abbigiamento. Isabelle quindi comincia a cantare aiutando Rachel con il suo abbigliamento. Durante la canzone Rachel prova molti vestiti e viene truccata da Isabelle e Kurt. Alla fine Rachel è vestita con un vestito marrone, truccata, con i capelli acconciati e Kurt e Isabelle amirano il loro lavoro.
